Booking & Payment Policy At Oshi Wrote My Roots, I value both your time and mine. To keep everything running smoothly and ensure I can provide each client with the best possible service, please review the booking and payment terms below: To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total. All remaining payments are due upfront at the time of your appointment, before services begin. Payments are accepted via Card, Cash, or alternative methods such as Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Please send a text message for information regarding alternative payment options. If your deposit is not received within two hours of booking, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Cancellations I do understand that life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 12 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. Repeated cancellations may require full payment up front for future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited. If I am still able to accommodate you, a late fee of $20 may apply. No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be considered a no-show. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited, and I will charge a 25% cancellation fee for no- shows or cancellation request that aren't made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Emergency Situations I understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made for genuine unforeseen circumstances.
